Came home Wednesday to find some goodies waiting by the door.
This is the “IxizHood” from IxizConcept, a one-man operation out of Atlanta that has been catering to the Saab 9-2X crowd. There are lots of other hood strut kits out there but I like supporting the little guy. Plus, these are relatively cheap and the color isn’t obnoxious. Took about 20 minutes to install and I’m pretty incompetent at anything that involves tools…
No more burnt hands from the hood prop!
And a new coupling for my IC pipes. WBR never came through, and neither did TAV Racing, so I finally went looking on eBay. This coupling is so long that the only way it could possibly come undone is for it to burst.
Of course, no week would be complete without a new problem. My A/C crapped out. I’m hoping that it’s just a leak somewhere. Will be dropping her off at the Midas near my office tomorrow morning…
